Chief Hardware Engineer €90k – €100k / Founding Equity Directing our proprietary RISC-V SoC architecture. You will bridge the gap between architectural RTL design and global foundry strategy, owning the roadmap from simulation to first tape-out.
Chief Software Engineer €90k – €100k / Founding Equity Architecting the Serend OS core. You will design a mission-critical operating system built on seL4, ensuring flawless orchestration of autonomous AI agents within verified memory domains.

Strike Team

FPGA & Prototyping Engineer €50k – €65k + Equity Validating high-speed custom logic on Xilinx/Alveo platforms. You are responsible for hardware-in-the-loop testing, ensuring our silicon designs perform under real-world AI workloads.
Systems & Kernel Engineer €50k – €65k + Equity Developing low-latency drivers and secure microservices in Rust/C. You will build the essential bridges between our physical compute layer and the high-level OS orchestration services.
AI & Runtime Engineer €50k – €65k + Equity Optimizing inference pathways for custom ISA extensions. You will map complex neural networks to physical hardware, achieving extreme efficiency through compiler-level tuning.
Safety & Verification Engineer €50k – €65k + Equity Guaranteeing system integrity through formal methods. You will use mathematical proofs to ensure our architecture is fundamentally immune to critical vulnerabilities and logic flaws.
